Summer vacation is just around the corner!!

The last student day for the 2023-2024 school year is Thursday, June 27, 2024, ending at 1:20pm. Teaching staff and some Staff Association members will be in the school on Friday, June 28, 2024 getting the school ready for summer break.

We hope that all Colonel Sanders families have the opportunity to relax over the summer vacation, spend quality time with friends and family, and enjoy all that our beautiful city has to offer.

As a school community, we have been busy getting ready for the 2024-2025 school year, this work began early in the 2024 calendar year. We are looking forward to the upcoming school year!

For families of grade 4 students who are moving on, we know that you will enjoy Balmoral school or your student's next school if you are moving out of the designated area for Balmoral school.

For families who are moving within or outside of the city, we wish you happiness in the future!

On Wednesday, August 28, 2024 from 11:00am-12:00pm we will be hosting an Informal Open House. WE hope to see many of our students on this day!

The official first day of school is Thursday, August 29, 2024, please be sure to be close to your student's grade level door by 8:50am, our goal is to enter the building by 9:00am.
