On Thursday, September 11, 2025 Colonel Sanders Families are invited to attend an Open House. There will be opportunities to visit your student's homeroom and specialists' rooms. Families are invited to attend, no formal sign-up is needed.
In homerooms, the evening will have two different activities over two 45-minute components.
- Classroom teachers will have a brief introduction and question/answer period at 4:30pm and 5:15pm. Families can select one of these time periods to attend.
- The remainder of the time within the homeroom can be used by you and your student to explore what they have been learning so far this school year by viewing exemplars, journals, artwork, etc.
Mr. Stetz, French Specialist, will be hosting an information session in the gym 4:45pm and 5:30pm.
Mrs. Leslie, Music Specialist and Interventionist, invites both her music students and her intervention students into the classroom to see how they learn. Music will be shared at 4:30pm and 5:000pm. Mrs. Leslie will email her intervention students' families to invite them to meet in the music room at 5:45pm by invitation only.
Families, you do not need to stay for the entire evening (4:30-6:00pm). You can join for the time you are available. This is not a drop off event, students must come with their parent(s)/guardian(s).
