Everyone has a part to play with safety on the bus! This includes the students who take the bus.

As families, it is very supportive if you too take an active role in supporting your student in understanding the rules on the bus. This Riding the Bus Social Narrative will help you to review the important rules to know when riding the bus. Following these rules shows how a TLC student actions their character.

As TLC students, it is important that we show character in all areas of our lives, this includes in the school, on the field and playground, as well as on the bus and in the community.

As a school, we proactively talk to all students about the expectations on the bus. As well, when issues arrise, we talk to students when they are on the bus, as well as small groups and individuals when we are off the bus and/or in the school. We need your support too!

Please read the Bus Social Narrative to your student(s) so they know that you too know what is expected and that you also expect your student to show this type of quality character when on the bus.
