Report Cards – Available February 24
On Tuesday, February 24, 2026, families will be able to view their student’s first report card for the 2025–2026 school year through their MyCBE account.
Please review report cards prior to the Learning Conferences on February 26 and 27.
Comments provide important context and support understanding of the Proficiency Levels (numerical indicators) that best describe your child’s learning in each subject area.
Additional notes:
- Grades 3 and 4 students will receive comments from Music and French teachers
- Grades 1 and 2 students will receive Music and French comments in the June report card
- All students receive Proficiency Levels for Music and French on both report cards
English as an Additional Language (EAL) Learners
Families of EAL learners may see:
- An E1 (initial) assessment, including strategies used during Semester 1
- Y1 strategies, outlining supports planned for the second half of the year
- In some cases, EAL listed instead of a numerical indicator, indicating that language development is impacting performance in that subject
Teacher comments are provided to support families in understanding student progress and next steps.
We look forward to meeting with families during the February Learning Conferences on February 26 and 27.
Welcoming, Caring, Respectful, and Safe Learning and Work Environments
The Calgary Board of Education (CBE) Administrative Regulation 6031 – Welcoming, Caring, Respectful and Safe Learning and Work Environments outlines expectations for maintaining environments that respect diversity and foster a sense of belonging for all students and staff.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to review AR 6031 to better understand their role in supporting these shared expectations.
As a Traditional Learning Centre (TLC), character education is a key focus of our program. Teachers and families model character through actions, language, and behaviour. This includes:
- Working through challenges respectfully
- Greeting others with kindness
- Engaging thoughtfully with differing perspectives
By modelling these behaviours, we help students develop the skills they need to navigate relationships and learning with respect and care.
